Now that the company was created, we must find a suitable place for production. But first you should make a detour of their city health office and ask what features should have a room to be used as a workshop.
(Do not do me like that before I found the local health office and then went to ask for information).
basically the room must be in separate areas:
- raw materials storage area (Malt, hops, yeast, bottles, etc.)
- production area (see below the detailed characteristics of this environment)
- the finished product storage area (bottles, drums, etc.).

dressing room - and bathroom (important)
- offices
The ceiling should be at a height of 3.5 m
drinkable water is (obviously) crucial.
About discharges, remember that during the boiling vapors that are released should be drained out through the chimney or hood, so if you find a lower a 4-story building, put in mind of having a place outside the barrel about 12 m high chimney which has its good cost.
Basically these are the structural features that must have your lab. (I hope you did not forget anything)
For convenience I believe that a place outside the city is ideal, because you have to manage tons of malt and pallets of bottles and the streets of the center is not the best!
