Sunday, May 30, as part of a national campaign "Clean Beaches ", our club, as every year, will organize the cleaning Levante beach, in Lecciona Nature Reserve, in collaboration with the Regional Park Migliarino-San Rossore-Massaciuccoli, SEA and Green Cross Viareggio. The area unfortunately continua ad essere oggetto di progetti e strategie indirizzate ad ampliare a dismisura il cemento e l’afflusso delle persone , con il rischio di uno stravolgimento definitivo dell’ambiente naturale.
Inoltre, di recente, importanti esponenti della giunta comunale hanno dichiarato di voler attivare presso la Regione l’iter amministrativo per far si che il territorio del Comune di Viareggio venga posto fuori dal Parco , o che comunque siano ridisegnati i confini di quest'ultimo.
Di fronte a tali emergenze e a tali proposte che riteniamo inaccettabili , continueremo ad opporci e a vigilare sulla salvaguardia di questo bene comune, che รจ il Parco.

from 9.30 onwards, all morning, the bar at the bottom of Viale Europa Viareggio side (at the restaurant Armanda) or, if you prefer, directly on the beach at the mouth of Trail No. 4 .
Gloves and bags will be provided on site.
During the day, a few experienced volunteers will be available to citizens and visitors to the Marina, tours to the field, during which we will explain the main natural emergencies in the area, with the objective to acquaint the visitors richness and fragility of this habitat and encourage behaviors that promote respect and protection.
