Ok I've blocked facebook and youtube. I've suspended hattrick and Tribalwars (gaming). I can not see naked women (sexually explicit) and even the reviews of the restaurants (alcohol & tobacco). But do not give up .... find a way to bypass the restrictions of the cock, I had to use all my 8 hours ..
